Requirements to reserve:

• Over 18 or accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Americans:
• • Valid State issued Drivers Licence or state ID card.
  • Passports from American travelers also require state ID.
• Foreign Travelers:
• • American passports. 
• 10% deposit for all reservations in advance.
• Payment in full to reserve in less than 48 hours before arrival date.
• Bank card must be in guests name.
• Asheville Residents are not permitted to stay.  

While staying with us:

• Never leave a mess, always clean up after yourself.
• Never smoke anything inside, burn candles, incense or use camp stoves.
• Never make noise between 10PM &10AM.
• Never allow other people into our buildings without permission.

Check out time:

• Check out is before noon of your departure date.  
• Please make your room available by noon, or pay for another night by noon. 
• The computers available to our guests show availability & accept reservations.

Our management reserves the right to refuse anyone, or remove anyone and without reason.
